What will it cost me?

financial trouble so we want to make it as painless as possible for you.
There will be no agency fees or
commission (whether we buy your property or not) and we will even give you £500 to cover your legal costs.
Why should I sell to you and not through an estate agent?
It will cost you absolutely nothing to sell to us
and we will make you an fast offer. Estate agents are expensive - both in
terms of their commission and in terms of the cost of "carrying your mortgage"
while you wait to find a buyer. Depending on the market and time of year,
an agent will often take months to find a suitable buyer. Even when they do find a
buyer, they very often pull out at the last minute. What's more you will have
sometimes tens of strangers trooping through your doors
on viewings, criticising your home.
When you sell through an estate agent, they will
require you to make any necessary repairs and possibly redecorate. This is
another added expense and inconvenience.
Selling to us costs absolutely nothing - we will

your schedule - you are in control.
Can you save me from repossession?
Yes! We can even halt the process right up to the day

What type of properties do you buy?

Yes. We will consider properties in any condition -

How long does it take?
Completion is possible in 3 weeks, however the
standard is 5 to 6. We arrange an entry date to suit yourself - you are in
control throughout.
Will I be able to pay off all my debts?
This depends whether there is enough equity in your home -
that means the difference between the mortgage and the value of your home.
If there is enough to cover your debts, you could be debt-free sooner than you
think and possibly even be left with a large cash sum to do with as you wish.
Can I really stay in my own home?
Yes, if you satisfy our criteria, we may be able to

How long will I need to wait for an offer?

How long is the offer open for?
Unless we agree otherwise, the offer will remain
valid for 28 days.
